Jill Merlino – Director of Operations

Jill has five years experience in permit expediting. Jill has acted as an administrative aide to the project manager for numerous fit-outs, restaurant renovations and public building construction. Detail oriented and organized, Jill is familiar with all aspects of new construction and renovation.

With twenty years of governmental experience, Karla knows how the various regulatory agencies work throughout the State. With a New Jersey Real Estate License, Karla is the Manager of the Company's real estate holdings.

Donna Pera – Account Executive

Donna has twenty-five years experience in the gaming and hospitality field, she is our liaison to the casino industry and a valued member of our team. Donna possesses a New Jersey Casino Key License and is familiar with Casino Control Commission Regulations.
